Rhett and Hailey of Holy City Catering are simply the best! Our daughter wanted a sushi party for her 10th birthday and Rhett and Hailey delivered with 5 stars! They come over a few days in advance to take a look at our home, then sat with our daughter and asked them what she wanted to have and on the day of the party it we had a wonderful time. Rhett spent time explaining all about sushi, the items used, how to prepare it and the technique to make a roll. After that it was the girls turn and they had so much fun! My favorite part was the girls who didn’t eat sushi taking orders and in minutes we were eating wonderful sushi. I already hired Holy City catering to prepare food for another Charleston catering event and it was a hit! Everything they prepared was eaten up! I will continue to use Holy City Catering and I recommend them to everyone I meet.
